How Runable emails 1.7 million users with Loops
Runable sends its marketing, lifecycle, and transactional emails through Loops: more than 10 million emails in about a year.

First built in 2025 as browser infrastructure, Runable has become a general-purpose AI agent that builds websites, apps, presentations and marketing content from plain-language instructions.
Today, Runable is expanding into helping small businesses grow, with Grow taking on ads, social media, lead generation and search.

Problem
Runable's users are mostly non-technical small business owners, which presents a challenge when launching new features. Getting non-technical users to try new features will always require a bit of encouragement and communication.
By the time of its $21M raise in 2026, Runable had about 1.7 million registered users across the US, UK, Japan and beyond. This meant the team of 15 needed a way to communicate and engage with each user without a dedicated person handling each type of email: onboarding, product updates, account emails and more.
So they found Loops.
Solution
Runable now sends all of its email through Loops: marketing, lifecycle and transactional. Each email serves a different purpose, but all support the same goal: introducing someone to the product and helping them take the next step.
Here is an example of an onboarding email flow that Runable currently has active.

In about a year, Runable has sent more than 10 million emails through Loops and has reported a 10% increase in average revenue per user.
Runable also chose to use a private Slack channel with the Loops team, which has provided a direct line of communication for all their needs.
“Loops allows us to customise communication for different cohorts on the fly, which is super important and helpful when you are running multiple experiments for a diverse set of users.”
Rahul Paul, Head of Brand
Going forward
As Grow expands what Runable can do for small businesses, email is how users will find out about it. Runable will keep using Loops to reach its users.
