How is a subscriber defined?
A subscribed contact is an email address marked as subscribed. Paid plans are priced by the number of subscribed contacts; unsubscribed contacts do not count toward pricing. Every plan, including Free, lets you upload as many contacts as you’d like. You can view all contacts on your Audience page.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes unlimited contacts and up to 4,000 total emails to your first 1,000 contacts in any rolling 30-day window, counting marketing and transactional sends together. Free emails include Loops branding. Upgrade to send to more subscribed contacts, with unlimited sends and no Loops branding.
Do you charge for team seats?
No, Loops does not charge for team seats. You can invite your team without adding a separate per-seat fee to your plan.
Do you charge for email sends?
No, Loops does not charge separately for email sends on paid plans. Pricing is based on subscribed contacts, and transactional email sending is included at no additional charge.
What does “unlimited sends” mean?
Paid plans don’t cap the total number of emails you can send. Each team can send up to 1,000 emails per second. Free accounts can send up to 10 emails per second. Emails over the rate limit are enqueued until they can be sent.
