When to use a zone file
If your DNS provider supports zone file imports, upload the file instead of entering each record manually.When to share the records page
Share the public records page when:- You want someone to review or troubleshoot the records without signing in to Loops.
- A developer, agency, or IT team is handling DNS for you.
How to export a zone file or share the records page
- Go to Settings → Domain in Loops, or open the domain records page directly.
- Download and import the zone file, or copy the public records URL and send it to whoever manages your DNS.
- Once the records are in place, return to Loops and click Verify Records.
