Add a sending avatar
Your email sending avatar is handled through third-party platforms like Gmail and Outlook. Here’s how to get it set up.
There are just a few simple steps needed to get started.
- Login to the Google Workspace account that your sending domain is linked up to Loops with
- Click the Google logo in the top right-hand corner
- Click on “Add a Profile Picture”
- Save
For full coverage across all platforms, we also recommend adding a Gravatar icon to the email address.
