When an email to a contact results in a hard bounce or a complaint, Loops suppresses sending email to the contact to protect your sending reputation. Attempted sends to this contact will appear as hard bounces. Suppressed contacts won’t receive further emails sent via Loops. In order for a contact to receive emails again, you need to remove the suppression.Documentation Index
