Email Metrics API and Loops in ChatGPT

Pull email metrics into your reports or agent, work with Loops in ChatGPT and Codex, and meet our first Product Educator.

The Email Metrics API is now available on free and paid plans. Pull email performance into your own reports, dashboards, or agent.

This release also brings Loops to ChatGPT and Codex, welcomes Ian as our first Product Educator, and includes editor and interface improvements.

Email Metrics API

Loops Email Metrics API announcement with a bar chart

Access sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, spam reports, and hard and soft bounces through the API. Use those metrics in your own reports, compare campaign performance, or ask an agent to review recent sends.

Try asking your agent:

Review the metrics for my last five sent campaigns in Loops. Compare click rates, open rates, flag high bounce rates, and then suggest three changes to test.

Read the Metrics API docs.

Loops in ChatGPT and Codex

Loops is now available in ChatGPT

Following our Claude connector release in August, Loops is now available in ChatGPT and Codex. Work with campaigns, Workflows, and audiences from a conversation.

Create a draft, update an email, or review your Workflows. Open Loops in the in-app browser to follow the changes as you work.

Try asking your agent:

Evaluate my Loops setup against best practices for my business. Create three net new Workflows that could help us increase revenue, reduce churn and improve our conversion rate.

Connect Loops to ChatGPT.

Interface refresh

Loops light and dark mode refresh announcement

We’ve unified the color theme across light and dark modes, with higher contrast in light mode and a warmer dark mode. Thanks to Matt for the polish, along with dozens of smaller interface improvements.

  • Selection outlines now hide while a color picker is open, making border color changes easier to see.

  • Fixed pressing Enter not submitting the Create a Component dialog.

  • Fixed Cmd+K opening the command palette instead of the link dialog when text is selected.

  • Fixed button URLs appearing blank when switching between workflow emails. This was a display bug; saved URLs were not lost.

  • Preserved bold formatting on variables when retrieving and updating LMX.

  • Preserved array-variable structure when retrieving and updating emails through the API.
