Duplicating emails
Duplicating an email is a great way to re-use basic elements of an email without needing to start over from scratch for each send. It's also the best way to create formatted emails that you can use as templates for future emails.
To duplicate an email:
- Go into Campaigns, Loops, or Transactional (whichever email you want to duplicate)
- Click the three-dot menu icon
- Select “Duplicate”
- Edit subject line, preview text, content as needed
Duplicating emails are a great way to save time crafting similar emails. Emails that share many of the same elements (investor updates, product updates, waitlist invites, etc) can all benefit from this simple yet powerful feature.
