Once a campaign with an attached goal is sending, Loops tracks impressions, enrollments, and conversions. This guide explains how to read those numbers. For definitions of the underlying terms, see the glossary in the Goals overview.
Reading goal metrics
- Contacts evaluated and contacts converted count unique contacts. A person is counted at most once per goal.
- Contacts enrolled and active / completed measurements count windows. Every enrollment opens exactly one window, and a person could have multiple enrollments on the same goal.
The conversions chart plots first-time conversions per day, bucketed in your browser’s timezone. A contact is never counted twice, and daily counts may differ by region.
